FL 2008-2009  OLD FLORIDA COTTAGES & KEY LIME

Old Florida Cottages is a small community in Santa Rosa Beach in the Florida Panhandle. It is on our favorite Route 30-A and off of a public access to the Beaches of South Walton County.  We have been very happy here. Ron (our landlord), our neighbors, and the local community have been wonderful. We have met many more friends that we expect to see again next year. 

Key Lime is our Panhandle Rental for 2008-2009

It is only a 2 bedroom and not quite as well appointed as Burke's Bungalow, but we loved it. It is almost as close to the Gulf as before, has a King bed, a heated pool (most months) and a Bar-B-Q area in our back yard. We may keep items here from year to year if we choose to stay again. It is also leased for a 1/2 month longer in the prime season and reasonable. It has local phone and DSL internet with wi fi and great landlord.
